さっき気づいたので一応メモしますと、
IE7において複数のタブを開いているとき
Flash制御(おそらくas3?)による音声制御モジュール、
コンテンツ内で音声を制御しているときにSoundクラスをストップさせると
そのコンテンツ外の音声まで
ストップしてしまいます。

あるコンテンツを閲覧しながらYou tubeをかけていたのだが、
You tubeを聞くのに邪魔なのでそのコンテンツの音声をＳＴＯＰさせると
なぜかYou tubeまでSTOPしてしまうという症状です。

どうしてだろうか、
STOPになったYou tubeは、一時停止になっております。
